Tom began his journey with websites by building tech startups, immersing himself in the dynamic and innovative world of new business ventures. This hands-on experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in creating successful online platforms. After establishing a solid foundation, Tom shifted his focus to helping others turn their ideas into reality, leveraging his expertise to guide and support budding entrepreneurs.
He is particularly passionate about creating clean and intuitive user experience (UX) designs, developing websites with functionalities that streamline work processes, and designing sites that effectively convert visitors into customers.

He really is the central cog in our activ wheel. Over the years he has launched thousands of websites for our franchise partners and direct clients. Richard has 4 children and spends any free time playing the guitar or walking his dog, he also looks after generations of stick insects!
