With a background in internal communications and project management, James has spent the last three years helping businesses streamline operations, boost outcomes for clients, and foster meaningful connections with their teams. Before joining activ, James served as the Global Internal Communications Manager at a London-based digital marketing agency, where he developed communication strategies, coordinated stakeholders across continents, and delivered impactful campaigns.
Guided by empathy and a strategic mindset, James is dedicated to solving complex business challenges with transparency and creativity. Outside of work, he is an avid traveler, runner, gamer, and photographer. James argues his most impressive USP is that he can walk on his hands!

Meet Caitlin, the Junior Marketing Executive at activ Marketing. After graduating with a First-Class degree in Digital Marketing Management and earning a Digital Marketing Techniques qualification from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), Caitlin has developed a solid foundation in both creative and strategic marketing.
She thrives on creating engaging content, editing videos, managing social media platforms, and writing blogs that connect with a wide range of audiences. Her passion for digital marketing is accompanied by a commitment to staying up to date with the latest trends and industry insights. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys creating her own social media content, running with friends and exploring new destinations through her love of travel. Caitlin's creativity makes her an invaluable member of the activ Marketing team, always bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to her role.

Meet Dylan, a passionate and driven Junior SEO Executive who joined activ in 2024. Alongside his role at activ, Dylan is studying for a BSc (Hons) in Marketing at the University of South Wales. This unique combination of work and study allows him to apply cutting-edge marketing theories to practical business scenarios, making him an invaluable member of the activ team. Outside of work and academics, Dylan leads an active lifestyle, frequently hitting the football pitch and passionately supporting Cardiff City FC, attending matches both home and away.
Dylan’s dedication to learning, combined with his enthusiasm for football and fitness, makes him a dynamic presence at activ, and one to watch as he advances in his marketing career.

She brings a great deal of organisation to the team and keeps everyone in-line in the process! Camille also loves reading and writing during her free time.
Richard Griffin
He really is the central cog in our activ wheel. His extensive knowledge of website, server, email and domain management means projects runs smoothly and our franchise partners always have the right technical answer for their clients. Over the years he has launched thousands of websites for our franchise partners and direct clients. Richard has 4 children and spends any free time playing the guitar or walking his dog, he also looks after generations of stick insects!
