Day one starts with induction
Once you have completed Discovery and secured your place in an intake, your journey begins with a structured induction designed to set strong foundations.
At either our Cardiff or London office you will spend a full day with our head office team immersing yourself in your new business and the Activ brand.
You will be introduced to the Activ way of working, our systems, services and commercial model.
Following induction, your onboarding phase guides you step by step through launching your business, implementing your tools, building your pipeline and embedding you into the community.
In addition to personalised 1-2-1 mentoring with our CEO Katie Bullon, you are supported by head office at every stage, ensuring you start with confidence, clarity and momentum.
