Lorraine Senior stands out as a beacon of innovation and compassion in the field of reflexology. Through her Functional Reflex Therapy Framework (FRT), Lorraine has created a supportive framework to aid individuals with additional needs. Her vision of having a qualified reflexologist in every school worldwide, supported by FRT, is truly inspiring. Lorraine’s work extends beyond borders, as she tirelessly supports special schools in Zambia, making a profound impact on the lives of countless individuals.

Amy Ferguson: Advocating for Families and Education

Amy Ferguson’s journey from educator to entrepreneur exemplifies resilience and determination. For nearly 15 years, Amy has been running day nurseries in South Wales, providing vital support to families despite economic challenges. As the chair of the Cardiff and Vale Nursery Committee, Amy advocates tirelessly for quality education and childcare, ensuring that every child receives the care they deserve.

Kathy Griffiths: Fostering Mental Wellness

Through the Blackwood Wellbeing Centre in South and Mid Wales, Kathy provides a safe haven for individuals seeking professional support. Her commitment to mental health advocacy, even in challenging times, has touched countless lives, offering hope and healing to those in need.

Nominated by Mark Cooke, also from activ’s head office team, Mark emphasises the importance of Kathy’s work, stating, “Kathy has set up a centre that has helped so many people to a better life free of deteriorating mental health.”
